Easy Pancake Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup plain flour

2 tablespoons white sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 egg, beaten

METHOD

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, oil, and egg. Mix until smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop batter into the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake; cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.

Top your pancakes with chopped banana, fruit, or sugar and lemon juice. You can also add honey or Maple Syrup. For an extra kick add a tablespoon of Limoncello to 3-4 tablespoons of Maple Syrup.
